The BillRent.com payment service is a secure and simple way to collect rent via credit cards on the Internet. Our easy payment system enables your tenants to pay their rent via credit card using our PAYRENT.COM site. Payments are sent directly to you (landlord.)

Why should I use it?
BillRent.com opens a new and inexpensive way of collecting rent from tenants quickly. Tenants can use their credit card to pay even when they are short of money.

Is my information secure?
Security is the highest priority at BillRent.com and is taken very seriously. BillRent.com utilizes Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) through GeoTrust for ultra secure transmissions, as well as ScanAlert's Hacker Safe, the industry leader in website security.

What fees are charged?
It is free to sign up for 3 months. After that a percent of up to 1% of transactions will be billed to you every month. Se the following table for more details:

All major credit cards

How long of a commitment do I have to make?
There is absolutely no commitment when you sign-up with BillRent.com. You can start and stop service at your discretion.

How long will it take for funds to be deposited?
Same moment  tenant pays.

What requirements are needed?

In addition to rent payments, you can also process:

Who will maintain a record of  transactions?
While you are ultimately responsible for keeping records of your unit rent payments, BillRent.com maintains a record of all transactions. You may see or print your records at any time.
